pancakeBreakfast for eight with VIP back door entrance/no waiting at PANCAKE PANTRY. If you’ve ever driven by their flagship restaurant in Hillsboro Village on a weekend morning and saw the line to get in this Nashville landmark, I think you’ll agree that this donation is truly priceless.  Not only has the Pantry become a Nashville tradition, it has become a family one as well. The owner began learning the ropes in the kitchen when he was ten years old and now hopes his two daughters will continue the tradition.  He makes several runs a year to the hills of East Tennessee to retrieve specialty ground flours, and his pancakes, along with their syrups, are prepared fresh each day from top secret recipes. And now you can enjoy them without the two hour wait! VALUE: PRICELESS

opus one
Bottle of 2002 OPUS ONE WINE donated by Radnor Wine and Spirits. This critically acclaimed wine has been described this way: “Opus One thinned the 2002 vintage to the lowest per-acre yield in a decade, encouraging quality and concentration of flavors. The 2002 Opus One shows aromas of dried strawberry, vanilla bean and mocha with flavors of cassis, black cherry, plum and espresso. Offering a lean, vibrant entry with profound mid-palate density, the wine finishes with bittersweet chocolate and a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, opulent and young, a thoroughly complete wine that is pure and rich, it takes like a hypothetical blend of great Nappa Vally Cabernet Sauvignon married to a Bordeaux Pauillac. Bravo! It will benefit from 2 – 3 more years of cellaring and should keep for 20-25 years thereafter.” Visit Radnor Wine and Spirits for other critically acclaimed items, as well as for all of your wine and spirits needs. VALUE: $265

IMG_9703Maker’s Mark® Barrel Head and Bottle of Maker’s 46® Signed by the Maker’s Mark President, a 7th generation bourbon distiller.  At Maker’s, we age Maker’s 46 a bit longer inside barrels containing seared French oak staves. The staves create bolder, more complex flavors — while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer. After the oak staves are affixed to the inside of the barrel, the mature Maker’s Mark goes right back into it – for at least several more months. Like Maker’s Mark, Maker’s 46 isn’t aged for any specified period of time – it’s aged to taste. We simply let grains, wood and nature take care of the aging process. When it’s ready, our tasting panel knows it. Only after we consider it perfect is Maker’s 46® bottled, corked and dipped.  And with this signed bottle, also enjoy one of the barrel heads in which it was aged, which is also signed. VALUE: $150
