This program is a partnership between Safe Haven Family Shelter, Catholic Charities and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville with support from the Siemer Family Foundation.

The Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT) scores of two of the families in this program that recently moved into their own housing have dropped significantly.
