NOTICE: In an effort to limit the number of visitors to our building at this time, we are only accepting in-kind donations via direct shipping or appointment. If you have any questions about donations, please email us at [email protected].

Donated items can be dropped off Monday through Thursday by appointment only. Please email [email protected] to make an appointment.

Safe Haven accepts item donations of items that families can use either in the shelter program or as they move into their own housing.

We can ONLY accept donations that are listed on our current needs list. Please consult the current needs list and/or our Amazon wish list before donating. We CANNOT accept the following items: clothing, TV’s, used mattresses or used bedding.

In addition to our current needs list, you can also view our Amazon wish list for examples of the types of items we need. You can purchase items from the Amazon wish list or simply use it as a guide for the types of items we need. The Amazon List is not meant to be brand-specific.

It is great when donors purchase items online and have them sent to our shelter. We also accept donations in person (drop off) by appointment only. This ensures someone is present and can assist you in accepting the donations. Please click here to schedule a time to donate items.

If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Click the buttons below to view our current needs or Amazon wish list.

Click the furniture donation button to email us with a picture of the items you would like to donate. Please note that we are no longer able to pick up donated furniture items. We can still accept donations of furniture in excellent condition that can be dropped off at our facility.

Thank you for assisting with the needs of the families we serve and for your support of Safe Haven Family Shelter!

Note: If you have items to donate that we cannot accept, please consider donating them to Thrift Smart located at 4890 Nolensville Road. When donating, please say it is in support of Safe Haven Family Shelter. This helps us earn credits that families can use to purchase the items they need.
