We  would like to welcome our new board members starting their term this year. The new members bring talent, expertise and deep community knowledge, which allow Safe Haven to continue leading our community’s efforts to house, support and advocate for families experiencing homelessness. Loren Arrieta (Caterpillar Financial): 

Loren is a trilingual Human Resources professional with over two decades of comprehensive experience in industries ranging from tech to finance, as well as in multiple regions. She joined Caterpillar Financial in 2015 and is currently the regional HR Manager for North America, where she provides leadership over the division’s people critical success factors.

Morgan McCormack Clingan (KPMG, LLC):

Morgan is a managing director with KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice, specifically with the Indirect Tax Technology practice. She has 12 years of experience specializing in the KPMG OnDemand Indirect Tax Service and Use Tax Calculation Services. She has extensive knowledge of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination software and related integration software.

Dr. Yerusalem Lanier (Cutting Edge Foot & Ankle Clinic):

Driven by her positive impact on her patients, Yerusalem is healing the world one step at a time by relieving pain, improving function, treating infections, and preventing life-threatening complications in the field of Podiatry. After all, if our bodies are temples, they must stand on solid foundations. Dr. Lanier has devoted her life to ensuring the health and wellness of the foot and
ankle and has grown into a leader in her field, operating five locations.

Michelle Thompson, SPHR, SCP (Senior Strategic HR Consultant):

Michelle is a results-driven Senior Strategic HR Professional with 30+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources. She is currently a Senior Strategic HR Consultant working with clients in a variety of industries. She provides creative ways to adapt the human resource function to meet client business objectives and assists them in developing strategic HR initiatives while ensuring sound guidance for HR operations that align with their organizational goals.
