COVID-19 Updates from Safe Haven Family Shelter

As cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) are diagnosed in the Nashville area, we all feel the impact. We want to take a moment to reassure you that Safe Haven is monitoring the situation carefully, following the guidance of the Metro Nashville Public Health Department and the CDC, and working proactively to ensure the health and safety of clients, staff and volunteers.

In accordance with CDC recommendations, we have implemented additional cleaning protocols, placed hand-sanitizing stations around the building and are making adjustments to meetings and gatherings.

In an effort to limit the number of visitors to our building, we are suspending onsite visitors and in-kind donation drop offs. If you have any questions about donations, please email us at [email protected]

We will share any updates on our social media channels and website. If you have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected].

Hello, I have previously served as a volunteer for Safe Haven and recommended it as a potential donation site for our organization. I was wondering if you are currently accepting bedding sets at this time and, if so, what sizes. Feel free to contact me at 615-481-8769. Thank you, Carla Jones

Hi Carla! We do need new bedding sets in twin and full sizes. They can be ordered and delivered to Safe Haven or dropped off between 10:30 and 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday (or by appointment by emailing us at donations at safehaven dot org). Thank you so much for reaching out and being a supporter!

I need some assitance for my child
